We are looking for a ZFA (m/w/d) or qualified cross-entry (m/w/d) (e.g. from the hotel industry, healthcare management) for our reception area. With us every treatment begins long before the treatment chair - namely at our reception. As a family-run orthodontic practice, we not only place the highest standards in the treatment, but also on how our patients feel from the first moment. They are the first, warm contact for all of them. We are looking for someone who has fun working in the team and with people.

What you are moving with us:

They coordinate our scheduling, are the first respondent for patients: inside and support the team in organization and billing.

At the reception as a competent contact point for patients

• Termin Coordination: You coordinate the appointments with the patients and thus organize our common everyday practice
• Patient communication on the phone and by mail
• Participation in practical management: You support your colleagues in administration and billing - an area where you can grow with us and develop in a targeted manner.

What we want from you:

• A completed training for ZFA (m/w/d) - or a professional experience that fits well with us, e.g. from hotel industry, organizational institution within the medical sector or another service-oriented environment
• good knowledge of German in word and writing - other foreign languages are always a plus
• Joy in dealing with people of all ages
• Organizational talent, team spirit
• Experience in orthodontics is welcome, but no need - we work you thoroughly
