You take over a technical and disciplinary management function of the assigned group to ensure the timely supply of the company's material, taking into account economic production and compliance of stock target sizes in cooperation with different interfaces, such as strategic purchasing, manufacturing and suppliers You are responsible for the essential process elements of demand determination, inventory monitoring, ordering, order monitoring and incoming goods control as well as for inventory quantities for foreign procurement components and quantity disposition In addition, you are responsible for the operational implementation of the company and departmental targets in the assigned group You are responsible for the definition and specification of the MRP parameters in the material master data as well as for the initiation and monitoring of regular material use material consumption continuations as well as the development of strategic stockholding concepts (production / repair) You define KANBAN articles and control circuits In addition, perform and coordinate site shifts with regard to premises, personnel, working and operating resources and help solve delivery delays An independent development, implementation and evaluation of proposals for the continuous improvement of the processes to be responsible in cooperation with the relevant interfaces, as well as the creation of reports, analyses and decision-making templates is one of your tasks In addition to conducting supplier talks, as well as internal team and department meetings, you will participate in project meetings You are responsible for the management, motivation and further development of employees in the assigned group, including the implementation of selection, employee discussions and performance assessments as well as personnel deployment planning in coordination with the department management Supporting department management in budget planning and other disciplinary tasks completes your work profile
