Foreman Steel Construction Assembly (m/f/d)

Are you an intern with leadership and want to take responsibility for exciting construction sites? As a foreman, you are the key figure between construction management and assembly team and contribute decisively to the success of the project. You coordinate your team on site, organize the daily assembly processes and ensure that work security, quality and productivity are guaranteed at all times. The independent prioritization of work tasks and the optimization of workflows belong to your core tasks in addition to the professional assembly of steel structures according to technical drawings You act as contact persons to the contractors and specialist building managers You are responsible for compliance with statutory regulations and regulations You are familiar in the safe handling of drawings, welding and lock activities as well as in the stopping and lifting of loads. You have a multiannual professional experience, preferably in the field of steel construction and/or plant construction or the like. You have already gained first experience in the management of staff You are sure to read technical drawings Your strengths include a high social competence, a good communicative ability and a high level of responsibility and cost awareness You are characterized by a pronounced degree of organizational talent as well as a high readiness to use, flexibility and loadability Readiness to travel to the project-specific application in Germany and, where appropriate, in European countries You are in possession of a valid class B driving licence
