Controller (m/f/d)

As a controller (m/w/d), you play a central role in our financial and controlling area. You support the business management of our company, create sound analyses and reports and contribute to a successful company development with your recommendations for action. You work closely with the departments, as well as the financial and controlling team, and report to Finance & Controlling in a disciplined manner. Your focus at a glance: Analysis, Reporting & Action Controlling: You create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual evaluations, perform target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action to control the company Planning, forecasting and budget processes: You contribute to the creation of budgets, forecasts and company planning. In addition, you support investment bills, economic analysis and business cases and support their implementation Operational control & process optimization: You continuously develop existing controlling instruments and reporting structures, optimize business processes and support the development of a meaningful KPI system Management support and cross-departmental cooperation: You create policy templates, ad hoc evaluations and business analysis for management. In addition, you work closely with various departments and accompany projects from a commercial perspective

Complete study of Business Administration (BWL), Controlling, Economic Engineering, Financial and Accounting, Business Informatics or a comparable course of economic and technical studies Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing or medium-sized company Funded knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis Safe handling of the Infor, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Experiences with BI tools (e.g. Qlik) are advantageous Experience in cross-departmental cooperation and in exchange with specialist departments and management Embossed analytical skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working High numerical affinity, conceptual thinking and interest in the further development of controlling processes and instruments Communication strength, team spirit, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
