As a HSE Specialist (m/w/d), you can support the production plant at the Herdecke site in all relevant topics relating to occupational safety, environmental protection and health protection, as well as statutory audits and inspections. You ensure that test concepts, safety standards and legal requirements are reliably implemented and tracked. This contributes directly to operational safety. Organisation, implementation and follow-up of statutory audits and inspections Creation and maintenance of test concepts and test plans based on legal and internal requirements Coordination of internal departments and external service providers and experts (e.g. TÜV) Detection, assessment and traceability of defects in HSE systems such as Quentic Advising maintenance and specialist areas on occupational safety, environmental and plant safety requirements Participation in risk assessments, operating instructions and exposure measurements Implementation of instruction and training and support in audits, process safety analyses, explosion protection and accident investigations Participation in approval procedures and takeover of hazardous goods tasks

Completed studies in the scientific or engineering field, ideally with a successfully completed further education in environmental law and/or qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (SiFa) Multiannual professional experience in the chemical industry Knowledge of environmental, occupational and health Experience in handling legal requirements, technical regulations and testing processes knowledge of Quentic, ATEX and UVV of advantage Structured, independent operation Impressed communication skills and high sense of responsibility
