Social worker (m/w/d) for the open general psychiatric acute care unit in Hamburg

As an academic teaching hospital at the University of Hamburg, we offer innovative treatment concepts in 20 specialized specialist centres. For our clinic we are looking for a social worker (m/w/d) in part-time with a range of 20-30 hours a week at the next possible time.

Individual advice and support: You accompany patients of our open acute care unit as well as their relatives and reference persons. Comprehensive social therapeutic aid: You develop perspectives and take over dismissal management in areas such as disease management, social law, legal care, financial aid, housing, senior aid, addiction assistance and rehabilitation. Creative group work: You design and run social-therapeutic group offers. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You cooperate closely with institutions, institutions, authorities and cost-beneficiaries. Engaged networking: You participate in working groups and bring your expertise. Active participation: You contribute to concept development and training and actively shape your area of responsibility.

You have a degree as a state-approved social worker (m/w/d) or social education (m/w/d). You like to work in a multi-professional team and bring a high motivation. You are characterized by loadability, flexibility, sensitivity and patient orientation. You ideally bring experience with stationary and outpatient care models for people with severe mental illnesses. You are interested in actively shaping content and developing the department strategically. You want to contribute your skills to sustainably support patients on their way.
