Administration: You coordinate the organizational and administrative processes around our patients – from the acceptance and scheduling of studies and therapies to the care of patient records and document management to the dismissal – and process the telephone and written correspondence in compliance with all data protection and documentation standards. Communication & Coordination: You are the first contact point for patients, relatives and employees, co-ordinating between different professional groups and external partners, ensuring the information sharing in our multi-professional team and supporting the station management in organizational tasks. Organization of the station sequence: For an orderly station organization, take over the material management as well as ordering office and station requirements and support in quality and documentation processes. Accounting & Documentation: You collect accounting services for billing, support the MDK's documentation requirements and check and maintain the stationary documentation systems. Patient contact: You support the team in patient care and take vital sign controls, blood collection, writing of EKGs, collecting relevant patient data and anamnese talks.

Training: You have completed training as a medical specialist, health and nursing professional or nursing professional. Professional experience: Ideally, you already have first experiences from the stationary environment. Computer knowledge: The handling of hospital information systems as well as the common MS Office applications is routine for you. Organizational talent: With your structured and self-contained way of working, you can ensure a smooth run and keep an overview even in stressful situations. Empathy: Your heart suggests for a sensitive and attentive handling of the patients and their listeners, for which you are the first point of contact.
