Construction Manager and Co-Project Manager Construction and Building Strategy (m/f/d)

In order to further develop our building infrastructure, we are looking for a multiannual investment programme at the earliest possible time. Construction Manager and Co-Project Manager (w/m/d) We develop our institute building strategically and implement several extensive modernization and construction measures. These include projects for the energy modernisation of the building infrastructure, the further development of modern working environments and the design of rooms for science transfer and events.

You play a central role in the planning, implementation and management of our construction projects and actively shape the strategic development of our building infrastructure. Your tasks include: Control and coordination of construction and renovation projects in the institute building On-site construction management: monitoring and coordination of all external planning offices, specialist planners and exporting companies, as well as ensuring quality, dates and costs Preparation and support in the implementation of procurement procedures for planning and construction services with the team Own takeover of sub-planes (e.g. modern office concepts, spatial divisions) and examination of external designs for feasibility in stock Subsequent and deficiencies management: VOB-compliant documentation of the progress of construction, testing of supplementary offers and enforcement of warranty claims Participation in the development and implementation of a long-term building strategy, in particular in the areas of sustainable energy supply, technical building infrastructure and modern working environments Support in the preparation of applications for construction and investment and documentation for donors

Complete university studies, e.g. in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or a comparable field Experience in the building management on site, ideally for refurbishment projects in existence Experience in project management of construction or renovation projects, ideally in public areas Knowledge of relevant rules (e.g. HOAI, VOB, procurement law) Experience in controlling external planning and engineering offices Structured, reliable and independent working with strong hands-on mentality, liabilities and enforcement capability in cooperation with external partners Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Interest in sustainable building development and modern working environments
