Painter / plasterer (m/f/d)

You carry out layer transfers and ensure a frictionless process. You read and check construction plans and ensure that measurements and material thicknesses are implemented correctly. You prepare walls professionally for plastering and carry out careful performance and quality controls. You carry reinforcement and basic plaster mechanically and smooth the surfaces precisely by hand. You bring plaster and fabrics professionally and provide high-quality surface quality. You operate, clean and wait the cleaning machine and adjust the optimal consistency of the material. You carry out smaller maintenance work on their own, ensure the willingness to use the technology and reliably operate special profiles and special cleaning systems. You assist in the erection of the walls and take over the post-processing of surfaces and lobes. You prepare components and ensure a smooth flow of material in the wall bearing. You cut plaster strips and build the second sealing plane professionally. You cleanly sprinkle laminations and work outside corners as well as window connectors precisely.

You ideally have a craft training, e.g. as a plasterer / painter / painter (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. You work independently as well as in a structured manner and retain the overview even with changing requirements. You place great emphasis on quality and are ready to develop continuously. You are characterized by high operational and flexibility.
