Implementation of maintenance, inspection and maintenance work on building equipment (focus on electrical engineering) Analysis and troubleshooting as well as independent troubleshooting and diagnosis Conduct of recurring tests according to DGUV Note 3 Support for renovations, modernizations and optimization of technical installations Documentation of the work carried out in the CAFM system

Complete vocational training as an electrician, an electronic for energy and building technology, operating technology or comparable qualification Knowledge of relevant VDE regulations Experience in building technology, ideally in the maintenance and maintenance of indoor air systems Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation
