Location: Düsseldorf / Raum Köln

Responsible control of the entire recruiting process for lawyers:inside, business professionals and young talent Development and implementation of accurate search strategies - active and data-based Personal accompaniment of selection processes and contact persons:in focus for candidate:inside and partner:inside Organisation and implementation of recruiting events, university events and career fairs (including coordination with agencies, universities and internal contact persons:inside) Expansion of university and talent networks and continuous maintenance of a qualified talent pool Further development of the employer branding strategy in close coordination with HR and marketing Use of modern recruiting tools, HR systems and KPI-controlled optimization of processes

Graduate degree, e.g. in economics, psychology, communication sciences, law, human resources management or a comparable field, or alternatively: completed commercial training with additional qualification in human resources or IHK-certified HR specialist (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in recruiting, ideally in the environment of business law firms, business consulting or professional services Professional handling of demanding target groups (Top-Jurist:innen, Partner:innen, Executives) High discretion, liability and a well maintained, sovereign occurrence at any time Embossed service orientation, excellent communication skills and a safe sense for people and situations Organisational strength and event management competence (for trade fairs, university events, internal formats) Self-employed, structured and proactive mode of operation - with ''Consultant'' flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Occasionally readiness to travel within Germany to accompany the events
