Self-responsible processing and evaluation of complex cases of suspicion from the comparison with national and international penalty lists Analysis of property and control structures as well as economists as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) audits on identifying and evaluating potential risks Care of business partner data in the internal business partner system Advising our business units and international locations in complex issues related to sanction issues Active participation and further development of our sanction infrastructure at the interface between compliance and IT Translation of technical requirements into technical concepts and support of development, testing and introduction of new solutions together with IT and external partners:

Completed studies, e.g. business informatics, business management, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of sanction compliance, financial sanctions, business partners' audit, KYC, money laundering prevention or regulatory compliance – combined with experience in the operational assessment of suspects and complex testing processes Knowledge of economic and regula­tive relationships and the ability to assess risks independently a technical understanding and experience in cooperation with IT teams and external service providers; Knowledge of screening, data quality or compliance systems such as Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) and Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) are advantageous experience in the analysis and processing of data; Knowledge of SQL and how to use database tools such as TOAD (Quest Software) are desirable knowledge of English as well as knowledge of German in a reliable manner; Other foreign language skills are a plus, for example Spanish, French or Arabic A safe occurrence, pronounced communication strength and the ability to understand complex situations and to make clear decisions even in challenging situations You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
