Technical Supervisor for Customer Wastewater Treatment Plants

You are the hub for the operation of our industrial wastewater treatment plants – you know the technology, processes and adjusting screws. You combine theory and practice: you like to work both in the office and on the facilities directly. You keep everything going: maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting – you make sure our systems work reliably and efficiently. You have the quality in mind: take samples, check values, keep limit values – you know what it is. You are a team playerin and co-authorin: You bring in, develop operating strategies and implement them together with your team. You live sustainability: You actively work on our environmental and quality goals – not only on paper, but on site every day. You look into the future: You keep up-to-date developments in mind – and you are not only a visionaryin, but a translatorin. You can handle numbers: KPI's, invoices and wastewater values – you make sure the numbers are correct. Competence: You have completed your studies in the field of environmental technology/water management or you are a sewer master*in. Alternatively, you convince us with a comparable qualification. Experience & Responsibility: You know the processes in wastewater management and you like to take responsibility for plants and processes. Technical love: You have a good sense of technical relationships and work safely with digital tools and control systems. Team spirit & communication: You actively contribute to the team, communicate clearly and reliably – also with external partners. Mobility: You have a class B licence and are flexible for use at different locations. Language: You have good knowledge of German (at least B2) to communicate safely in everyday work.
