Independent consulting and sales: You advise customers individually and accompany them via phone until they complete their risk life insurance based on pre-qualified leads No acquisition, no field service: All customers with active inquiries are automatically registered in the CRM system developed specifically for us, i.e. you benefit from 100% warm leads Teamwork: You work closely with our application review and sales support that strongly support you throughout the process Process optimization: Your sales know-how flows into improving sales processes by combining customer consulting, risk testing and process management at the interface

Sales experience in the consulting-intensive environment: Whether as sales manager, sales staff, account manager, customer advisor or insurance broker (m/w/d) – You have proven to bring experience in sales, ideally with commercial training (e.g. insurance businessman/w) Insurance or financial experience: First experiences in the insurance or financial industry are beneficial, but your passion for selling is our core Sales talent with service orientation: You advise empathically and customer-oriented on the phone, quickly recognize needs and never lose sight of the conclusion Team spirit: Your open style and real team skills make you a valuable addition to our team Agile mindset and willingness to learn: You have a quick conception, are technology-efficient and ready to adapt and further develop new situations flexibly
