Total responsibility for the organisation, control and monitoring of all food-&-beverage areas Planning, coordination and ensuring a smooth operation in kitchen, service and other gastronomic outlets Leadership, motivation, deployment planning and development of employees in the R&B sector Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and the incorporation and training of new employees and trainees Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards according to HACCP and all legal food and safety regulations Development, implementation and control of operating standards, workflows and service concepts Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and compliance with the specified goods and personnel costs Implementation of calculations, pricing and cost-effectiveness analyses Monitoring of stocks of goods and planning and management of purchase in cooperation with suppliers Responsibility for goods acceptance, storage, inventory and inventory control Ensuring economic, sustainable and resource-efficient use of food and resources Quality control of the offered food and beverages and continuous optimisation of the offer Advertising Management and Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction Planning and implementation of events, buffets, catering and promotions Cooperation with management and other departments to achieve business objectives Creation of schedules, holiday plans and control of working hours taking into account statutory requirements Conducting regular team meetings and employee discussions and performance assessments Responsibility for compliance with internal guidelines, safety regulations and quality management systems Creation and evaluation of economic indicators, reports and statistics Development and implementation of sales promotion measures to increase sales Representation of the company to guests, suppliers and business partners in the area of responsibility ....
