Responsibility

GOLDBECK Facility Services includes the service spectrum of integrated facility management with its own technical service, as well as advice on the optimal management and maintenance of real estate.

• Operation and operation of building equipment
• Support for testing, maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment and fire protection equipment for our properties in the Hamburg area
• Technical and general master services (e.g. sprinkler samples)
• Control and control of subcontractors
• Close cooperation with our maintenance technicians

Profile**

• Completed crafts/technical vocational training with several years of professional experience
• Qualification for the Sprinklerwart of advantage, can alternatively be retrieved via GOLDBECK
• Engagement, organizational skills, team skills
• Secure handling of PC and tablet
• Class B licence
