You carry out inspection, maintenance and repair work on machines, plants and production systems – focusing on manufacturing machines (hydraulic, pneumatic, electropneumatic). You analyze mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and fix them independently. You take proactive measures to avoid accidents and plan and coordinate preventive maintenance. You install, refurbish and optimierst plant systems in compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations. You carry out service operations on large machines and communicate with plant operators and manufacturer companies. You manufacture spare parts, auxiliary and auxiliary equipment according to drawings and sketches. You implement optimization processes to improve plant availability and performance – in the team or independently. You support the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes. You work closely with the construction/engineering, production and quality management/security departments to ensure smooth operation. You have a completed vocational training as a mechatronic or electronic technician for operating or automation technology or industrial mechanic Mechanic for industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the maintenance, maintenance and optimization of machines, industrial plants or automated production lines. You control mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and control technology and can systematically diagnose errors and develop technical solutions independently. Experiences with Siemens STEP7, TIA Portal or Beckhoff TwinCAT 2/3 as well as with common technical documentation and diagnostic tools are desirable. You're ready to participate in the call readiness service. You like to work in the team, go to themes on your own initiative and work structured, independent and responsible. Only for mechatronics or electronics: Ideally, you have experience in testing local electrical devices according to DGUV Specification 3, DIN EN 50678 (VDE 0701) and DIN EN 50699 (VDE 0702).
