You develop introduction concepts for Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online You bring new technologies (e.g. copilot functions in M365) into the customer context, evaluate benefits/risks and support in the professional introduction.
Complete study, technical training (e.g. technical informatics) or comparable practical experience. Multiannual experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, especially with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Power Platform etc. Good knowledge of the 365 Power Platform based on Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. You can analyze actual situations in a structured manner, derive action fields and present results convincingly. Strong in design & target image development: You develop sustainable concepts for introduction, governance & compliance, information architecture, permissions, usability and adoption. AI & Automation Mintset: You use AI tools productively, rethink processes and bring understanding of automation (e.g. PowerShell/Power Platform). Ideally, you have appropriate Microsoft certifications.
