Successfully completed training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification or Professional experience Experience with ticket systems desirable Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the MS application family Knowledge of working with Active Directory and good network skills German language skills in word and writing High customer and user orientation as well as self-employment and target orientation
