You bring:

· A completed at least three years of vocational training in the field of education

· Professional experience in dealing with adult people with disabilities

· Personal security and sense of responsibility in dealing with challenging behavior

· High psychological stress

· You are ready to work in shiftwork and weekend

· Willingness to reflect on common and own work

· Team skills

· Class B driving licence (3)

· Good PC knowledge

Your tasks include:

· Support and support of residents in their living environment

· Supply of residents in the nursing and household sectors

· Support and support of personal developments

· Conflict and reflection of the joint work in the team

· Acquisition of tasks in the context of reference support
