You are the first contact for our workshops – by e-mail, by phone and via our digital release portal You check incoming service enquiries and cost proposals for plausibility, necessity, costs and warranty claims You address topics related to maintenance, inspection, wear, wheels/ripening as well as warranty and warranty cases You support in the handling of enquiries under the Used Car Guarantee and Compulsory Liability You coordinate the organization of the workshop replacement cars so that our customers remain mobile during repair and a seamless service run is guaranteed

You have a completed training in the automotive sector or comparable practical experience - ideally you know the processes from the workshop everyday from the first hand In addition to your car confession, you also feel comfortable in the commercial environment – check offers or customer communication naturally include this You work reliably and service-oriented so that both customers and colleagues can count on you You can find yourself well in the digital work environment - all internal programs will be happy to help you
