Regional market management and sales for consulting and specialist planning services in the fields of media technology, IT and smart building Independent implementation of the sales strategy (market processing, customer acquisition, customer support) in the sales region Close cooperation with the regional Drees & Summer advisory and account teams in the areas of User-Centric Spaces & Places, Technical Advisory and Real Estate Solutions New customer acquisition and development and support of existing customers Leading Acquise teams to place consulting services of macom GmbH - Part of Drees & Sommer at new and existing customers Participation in the organisation and implementation of regional acquisition and customer events Active participation in specialist events and in social media as a speaker, expert, podium participants, etc. Processing and maintenance of all sales and customer-relevant data in the CRM system

Successfully completed studies in the fields of IT, real estate, business or technology or a comparable qualification Including experience in B2B sales, sales or business development, consulting and similar activities, preferably in the field of media technology, AV/IT technologies Evidence of success in B2B sales readiness to travel within Germany Proactive approach and high persuasion coupled with high analytical thinking Strategic thinking as well as feeling for markets, trends and customers
