We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of pipe networks:

Support: participation in the placement of theoretical and practical training contents according to the training regulations, implementation of the content according to the company's training and placement plan, supervision of trainees in the practical phase in the field.

Funding: cooperation in the character promotion of trainees through individual and group-based support as well as a balanced support and demand in close coordination with the specialist departments and taking into account the development of young people.

Obligation to supervise and ensure compliance with youth employment protection and occupational safety through accident prevention, training and participation in the responsibilities distribution concept in coordination with occupational safety and under the responsibility of the departmental management.

Performance assessment: Support for the assessment of performance, learning progress and behaviour of trainees through regular monitoring of the reporting documents, and close cooperation with HR, junior development and specialist areas for the planning of suitable applications after completion of training.

Training and transfer plans: participation in the creation of operational training and transfer plans as well as necessary training documents in close coordination with the field managers of the companies and the department management.

Completed professional/technical vocational training with training as a master or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity, ideally in a leading position

Good knowledge in the AEVO (Trainer's Decree), desirable network-specific expertise

Safe handling of the MS Office package

Solution-oriented thinking, training/coaching competence and independent work

German in word and writing
