You run medical technology and laboratory planning projects with regard to quality, costs and appointments in various HOAI LPHs or freely commissioned. You advise our customers, hospitals and laboratories as well as research companies. You are the link between customer and project team. You drive the development of the department and support the team leadership.
You have several years of relevant professional experience in medical technology and laboratory planning/life science in various stages of performance at HOAI. Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience as a team leader. You have successfully completed your studies in medical technology, biomedical technology or architecture or have a comparable qualification. You know about the applied standards such as DIN 13080 / DIN 276 etc. You are safe to use the common Microsoft products, especially Excel/ Word/Power Point. You have experience with an AVA program such as ORCA AVA. You have experience with BIM / model-based work in e.g. Revit / BIMcollab / Dalux / Capmo.
