Do you want to actively shape the digital collaboration of more than 45,000 employees and use modern technologies such as AI and anchor them in everyday work? Then come to our team – whether as an experienced:r Product Manager:in or as a cross-starter:in with matching skills. Why? We are responsible for central solutions for communication, collaboration, knowledge and document management. These include Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft 365 and other specific applications. Our goal: to provide tools that make our work easier for all of us in the Group – and our users: to enable them to do so by means of adoption and change measures. Your tasksThese challenging tasks will be taken into account after your entry with us: We would like to help our users to develop tailor-made solutions for automation. To do this, you organize the rollout of AI agents and consequently take responsibility for product management. We as STRABAG act as an international group. Your job is to develop a future-oriented concept for translation of text, language and documents and to define the appropriate tool set. In addition, we work together with you on these topics: Designing document and knowledge management: Our users:inside, information in everyday life should be easier and more efficient – you will contribute both technologically and in the M365 Ecosystem and methodically, for example, in requirements engineering. Project Confluence Migration: We know the benefits of cloud architecture - You accompany our project on data migration from Atlassian Confluence to the cloud and make sure that the change for our customers will run smoothly. Support product management: To optimize the portfolio for our customers, you can view the M365, Confluence et al. roadmaps with customer needs, display Use Cases and unlock automation potentials. You work closely with other specialist units, for example to provide release management in line with governance requirements.

You have a degree (e.g. business management, business informatics) or a comparable qualification or alternative training Knowledge of at least one of the software products or comparable applications Practical experience in the interface work between manufacturers, internal disciplines and customers: with a sense of interaction between technology and workflows in line with business requirements Fun to think conceptually and advance product management from the idea to the rollout to the rule operation in a structured manner Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge we require Communication strength, team spirit and the ability to explore challenging topics and to convey them according to target groups
