Manager Group Accounting & Consolidation (m/f/d)

You assume the technical responsibility for the group accounting and consolidation of our firm and the holding company according to HGB and IFRS – from production to quality assurance. Complex balance-of-balance-sheet issues clarify and advise management as well as our Afileon law firms on initial and subsequent consolidation, capital consolidation, consolidated consolidated financial statements and the creation of IFRS notes. You accompany the transition from HGB to IFRS and contribute your expertise in M&A transactions, purchase price allocations (PPA) and the integration of newly acquired companies into the consolidated financial statements. As a specialist:r Sparringspartner:you keep up-to-date IFRS developments in mind, evaluate the impact on our group and derive concrete, implementable recommendations for management and team. You participate in the digitization and automation of our consolidation processes and actively promote smart tools and efficient workflows. You represent Afileon professionally and strengthen the exchange with our law firms so that best practices are shared and standards are further developed.

You have a degree in BWL, Economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance. You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in group accounting or Consolidation with – e.g. from accounting, accounting, corporate controlling or auditing. Funded, practice-proven knowledge in consolidation topics such as capital, debt, effort and income consolidation as well as equity method are characterized by very good IFRS knowledge. You're working with common consolidation software solutions. A professional exam (e.g. tax advisor, auditor, CPA or A.) is expressly welcome, but no need. Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and joy in making complex content understandable are your strengths. Negotiating German and good English complete your profile.
