You have a successfully completed study of human medicine or completed training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) or OTA (m/w/d). You bring several years of experience in the OP environment and have comprehensive knowledge of the organizational processes and structures of a modern operation. Your leadership skills have been demonstrated by the successful completion of a training course or by the activity as a senior physician (m/w/d). You are qualified in the field of OP management and have the ability to effectively control complex processes in the operating room. You work structured and keep a clear overview of interdisciplinary processes in challenging situations.
