Sicherheitstechnik (LST) (w/m/d) for the DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Essen or Cologne site. Your tasks: You conduct construction projects of the control and safety technology (LST) independently and ensure the time-, cost- and quality-oriented implementation The technical leadership of the project participants as well as the capacity and resource planning are your responsibility After-contractor services coordinate and monitor the agreed quality, time and cost targets You agree with contractors, planning offices, authorities and other project participants in preparing and implementing the construction projects You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the accompanying documentation You can identify yield potentials, create yields and conduct negotiations with the contracting parties Calculations, key figures and cost calculations are used to manage your projects economically and secure meaningful reporting

Your profile: You have a completed training as a master:in electrical engineering or state-tested:n Technicians:in electrical engineering, alternatively studies in electrical engineering Ideally multi-year professional experience in management and safety technology (LST) as well as in the management of construction or infrastructure projects Knowledge of relevant directives and regulations, in particular VOB / B You are sure to go with MS Office as well as industry-specific project and costing software Analytical, structured and economic thinking and acting draw you out You convince by communication strength, conflictability and social and leadership skills The willingness to make projects across Germany as well as a class B driving licence round off your profile This is important to us: Our claim is to offer all candidates the same opportunities for entry with us, both with equal suitability.
