We are currently looking for several building cleaning services at the locations Meißen, Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Essen and Münster.

First contact for our customers and the cleaning forces in the customer objects Control of all workflows in the customer objects (e.g., seek, adjust and assign cleaning forces, perform cleaning checks, order and deliver material, process complaints) Disposition and motivation of cleaning staff in the customer objects in close cooperation with the branch Instruction of new employees into the customer objects Ensuring the qualitative and contractual performance of our services Interface function between customer and branch

Professional experience in a comparable position Experience in personnel management, coupled with high social competence in dealing with people Service-oriented and economically predictive thinking and action Good communication and cooperation capability A strong willingness to use, even with job tips Found MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook) driving licence class B
