You act as a central interface between management, employees, external partners and service providers and ensure smooth administrative processes in the daily business Supporting the onboarding process for new employees as well as care and management of the personal files Recording and testing of proofs of hours and mistakes, including processing of holiday requests and preparation of all accounting documents Processing of input invoices and production of output invoices Creation of offers, order confirmations and customer contracts Communication and coordination with employees, partners and service providers on all contractual and accounting issues Creation and evaluation of reporting for analysis of key figures and processes Standardization and digitization of processes to increase efficiency Ordering and managing office materials and organizing our team events

Completed commercial training or commercial studies, ideally complemented by a further education to/from the financial accountant:in First practical experience in preparing pay and salary billing as well as in preparing accounting is advantageous Basic knowledge of personal and administrative issues Expertise in engineering and relevant collective agreements are advantageous Embossed organizational design, structured and careful working Team skills, communication strength and process-oriented thinking complete your profile
