Cost and budget control of the respective construction projects in coordination with project managers, planners and project management Creation of forecasts, target, budget and ad hoc analyses Planning and analysis of project key figures Implementation of project reports design and development of a project-specific cost control process of incoming costs Provision of key figures reports to participating bodies

Completed studies focusing on BWL, Controlling/Financial, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Proofable knowledge and experience in project management Multiannual professional experience in the field of project controlling desirable (probably in turn-key housing construction with a construction company, engineering firm or construction company) Ideally, knowledge in procurement and contract law (HOAI, VOB/A, VOB/B, VOF) and in cost assessment in construction IT and number affinity, a quick understanding and the interest in optimizing internal processes
