Construction Manager Building Services (m/f/d)

Responsible building management in the field of technical building equipment for demanding construction projects Takeover of activities in the preparation of work for our turnkey construction projects (including quantity determinations, cost estimates, plausibility and calculations) Plan coordination and audit of technical documentation and documentation Participation in close coordination with project participants in tenders, awards and bills Consultation of the client (e.g. optimization potentials in planning and execution) Organisation and monitoring of commissioning and handover to the customer Accompanying expert collection including instruction and documentation Ensuring compliance with aspects of occupational safety, appointment, costs and quality standards Complete documentation of construction progress, defect tracking and contract management

Completioned vocational training in connection with a degree as a technician/master (m/w/d) and/or a completed study in the field of civil engineering or utility technology/ building technology ideally focusing on heating, cold, ventilation and sanitation Multiannual professional experience in construction management desirable Ideally experience in handling industry-standard software (MS Office, 3D programs, AVA Software or RIB iTWO) Ability to work independently and structured Safe and sovereign occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Personal commitment, reliability and team spirit
