Assistant (m/w/d) Chief Physician's Secretariat in Neustadt in Holstein

Do you enjoy keeping an overview, coordinating processes and being a central interface? As an assistant in the Chief Medical Secretariat, you will ensure that organization, communication and a cordial co-operation take hand in hand. The Schön Klinik Neustadt is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach of the Lübecker bay. As a hospital of basic, regular and emergency care, it ensures medical care in Ostholstein. With specializations in orthopaedics, trauma surgery, neurology and internal medicine, she treats about 50,000 patients in the acute and rehabilitation areas every year. The clinic offers 560 beds and employs more than 1,100 employees. Since 2003 she has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Lübeck and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group. We are looking for effective support in the form of assistance (m/w/d) for the Chief Medical Officer of our Clinic for Anesthesia and Intensive Medicine at an instant and indefinitely for 30 hours per week.

Responsible secretariat: You take over general secretarial activities and ensure a smooth organisational process in the chef's area. Efficient scheduling: organisation, coordination and follow-up of meetings, conferences and events are your responsibility. Reliable service planning: You create and maintain service and operational plans in close coordination with the chief physician and the medical team as well as accompanying statistics. Cooperative interface work: As an interface, you coordinate the communication between chief physician, personnel department, OP management and other departments. Careful quality support: You support quality management and documentation tasks and thus contribute to compliance with internal standards.

You have completed training as an office clerk, medical specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in the medical secretariat area is desirable, but no requirement. You control the safe handling of MS Office applications as well as medical software programs. Excellent organizational skills, communication strength as well as team skills, flexibility and resilience. You deal with sensitive information discreetly and confidentially and work responsibly.
