Tasks

  • They are responsible for the conception, process-oriented development, implementation and systematic evaluation of an English-language mentoring program for (inter)national postdocs.
  • They plan, control and accompany the pilot phase and transfer to a sustainable programme.
  • They plan, organize and conduct program-accompanying information, network and qualification formats.
  • They advise and accompany mentors and mentors of the program.
  • They are still responsible for the conceptual development, implementation and evaluation of university career development opportunities in science.

Your profile

  • They bring a completed university degree (Master or Diploma) in psychology, education, sociology or comparable degree with a focus on human resources development – ideally with experience in science management or personnel development or have equivalent professional experience.   • They are familiar with the science system, university structures and processes.
