In the Personnel Development Unit, you support a learning-oriented work culture and help strengthen employees and teams in their professional development. As the central competence and service office of the University of Human Resources Development, the unit is aimed at strategic development goals of the university and implements the coordinated goals project-related on behalf of the university management. Tasks

• They are responsible for the conception, process-oriented development, implementation and systematic evaluation of an English-language mentoring program for (inter)national postdocs.
• They plan, control and accompany the pilot phase and transfer to a sustainable programme.
• They plan, organize and conduct program-accompanying information, network and qualification formats.
• They advise and accompany mentors and mentors of the program.
• They are still responsible for the conceptual development, implementation and evaluation of university career development opportunities in science.
• They network and cooperate in the fields of career development and mentoring within and outside the university to introduce best practices and innovative approaches to your area of responsibility.
• They coordinate and organize parts of the training programme and take over appropriate administrative tasks.

Your profile

• They bring a completed university degree (Master or Diploma) in psychology, education, sociology or comparable degree with a focus on human resources development – ideally with experience in science management or personnel development or have equivalent professional experience. An advanced or completed promotion is advantageous.
• You have experiences in coordinating projects and conceptual work.
• They are familiar with the science system, university structures and processes.
• They bring the distinct ability to work conceptually, network-oriented and independent.
• They move sovereignly in hierarchy and discipline-wide contexts, show communication strength and fall through a service-oriented and friendly appearance.
• Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are in C1 level.
• They have training in counselling/coaching or strive for them.
• They bring sound statistical-methodic knowledge.

Framework conditions

Working hours are 30,075 hours/week (75% TV-L). The body shall first be occupied from 01.10.2026 to 31.12.2028. An extension of the site is sought. Depending on the qualification and professional experience, we offer you a payment up to the pay group TV-L E13. The place is basically part-time.
