Gr. A 9 BBesO E9b TV EntgO-DRV Activity The Central Services department is responsible for all internal and external services of our DRV-IT DSRV & Services department. These include the Central, Writing, Process Services/Hotline teams as well as basic tasks including procurement and contract management. In the Process Services and Hotline team, we are the first point of contact for the support of our internal and external customers for the more than 200 procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data center and process a variety of requests every day that are checked and released.

Professional design and collaboration in databases, including Collecting and analyzing professional requirements Setting up technical specifications for application development Creating privacy and security concepts Preparation of cost-effectiveness studies and participation in planning and monitoring of workflows Creating documentation as part of the technical design of databases

Quality assurance measures, including Creating a Quality and Test Plan Preparing and performing user tests Ensure the productively operated procedures Editing faults and error messages with the integration of IT

A completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma) preferably in an IT-technical, administrative or economic field or a completed IT- or administration-oriented vocational training with long-term job-relevant professional experience Including current professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity Knowledge of the evaluation of legal bases IT affinity and IT confession, a high degree of customer orientation and pronounced communication skills complete your profile
