You successfully implement the marketing and overall strategy of our home at your location You control your area of responsibility with results and ensure the high quality of our branch, for example in processes, data quality, securities business and financial concepts You communicate the business policy objectives and targets clearly and ensure their successful implementation You serve and advise an important group of customers and also act as a co-consultant:in other important customers of the branch You are competent contact person according to our competence plan Promote, maintain, judge and develop your employees and take appropriate measures if necessary You live the company and management guidelines of the Frankfurter Sparkasse and actively implement them

You have a completed bank training and ideally a further training as a bank or savings bank operator: in or a specialist or a specialist Higher education with focus on BWL, Banking & Finance You bring at least 3 years of proven experience in customer advice in banking You have first practical experience in the management of employees You possess the expertise in accordance with § 1 and 2 of the WpHGMaAnzV and reliability in accordance with § 6 of the WpHGMaAnzV and always act responsibly You have acquired the financial statements in accordance with § 4 WpHGMaAnzV and ensure regular updating of your expertise to always be up-to-date
