By identifying optimization potentials along the value chain, you contribute to the efficiency increase and implement derived improvement measures in a targeted manner. With a clear look for quality and production safety, you will design new production processes and continuously develop existing processes to ensure necessary capacities. They actively support different target groups in developing, standardizing and implementing efficient process solutions. Within the framework of projects, you will implement targeted measures aimed at a sustainable increase in efficiency and productivity and a reduction in costs. They investigate, evaluate and implement new methods and technologies that contribute to the further development of our production processes.

They have successfully completed a technical study or comparable training and ideally have already gained experience in a food-producing environment. Finding experiences in process and project management will also bring you the safe handling of Lean Management tools. Structured, methodical work distinguishes your work, complemented by a high degree of self-employment and target orientation. With your analytical mindset and a good organizational talent, you can also keep an overview in complex projects.
