As a SAP CAP Developer (m/w/d), you are instrumental in developing customised, scalable applications for our customers in the energy industry – based on the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), focusing on the best performance, data modeling, API design and Fiori surfaces.
What we plan together
Development of cloud applications with the SAP CAP Framework, using JavaScript or TypeScript
Modelling data structures using Core Data Services (CDS)
Development and exposure of OData Services (V2 / V4) for external and internal systems
Creation of user-friendly surfaces with SAP Fiori Elements
Use and development based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Construction, maintenance and development of CI/CD pipelines for automation of deployments
Close cooperation with architectural, project and specialist teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensuring code quality, testing and best practices throughout the development process
Multiannual experience in development with SAP CAP (Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript)
Solid knowledge of CDS (Core Data Services)
Experience with OData Services (V2 / V4) and API Design
Experience with Fiori Elements or UI technologies from SAP
Confidence with SAP BTP and its services
Very good German and good English skills
