The ergonomic offer of the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry Riedstadt is very diverse and varied. Among other things, we offer therapies in the work areas Tonwerkstatt, Industrial Manufacturing, Sewing, Creative Area and Wood Workshop. The therapies take place in individual and group settings. You can bring your own ideas to shape the therapies and continue and develop yourself accordingly. We welcome you in an open-minded, professional team and are also happy to support start-ups in this exciting field of activity.

You are involved in the planning, design and implementation of ergonomic diagnostics, individual and group therapy. The implementation of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures based on ergotherapeutic indications, findings, objectives and methods is one of your core tasks. You actively participate in the individual treatment planning and the design of the stationary therapeutic environment for the social learning and exercise field.

You have completed vocational training for/for ergotherapist/in or work educator and already have experience and/or willingness to work with mentally ill people and criminals. You are team-ready and are happy to work in the multi-professional team. You have a structured, performance- and result-oriented working style – and solid PC skills are just yours. You bring with: flexibility and versatility for work in a clear, specialized facility.

We offer you a versatile, varied and interesting activity in a multi-professional team. In order to facilitate your start with us, experienced colleagues work in a structured manner and in a valuable working environment with flat hierarchies. We promote your professional and personal development through generous continuing and continuing training, among others at our group-owned 'Vitos Academy'. We also grant scholarships for up to two ergotherapists for a professional study and take over the tuition fees. As an ergotherapist, you will be remunerated according to the public service collective agreement (TVöD-VKA, E9a pay group): depending on the level of experience, this is currently monthly € 3.558.96 to € 4.844.33. (from May 2026 3.658,61 € to 4.979.97€). In addition, allowances amounting to € 25.00 and a monthly allowance for the work in the standard scale of € 131.20 and an annual special payment of 85% of the monthly salary. The wage range indicated refers to full-time employment. For parttime jobs, the salary is calculated proportionately. You benefit from the occupational pension scheme via the supplementary pension fund, exclusively for the public service: the monthly grant from us is 5.7 % of your gross monthly salary.
