Team Leader Strategic and Technical Purchasing (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Guided tour: You take over the team's technical leadership in strategic and technical procurement, coordinate the tasks and support your colleagues in achieving common goals. Supplier development: You systematically develop our existing supplier relationships and ensure a long-term efficient and reliable supplier base. Quality and delivery reliability: Together with your team and the relevant departments, you ensure compliance with our quality requirements and delivery dates and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations. Process optimization and department structures: You continuously develop our processes for supplier evaluation, development and control as well as the structures and processes within the department. Deputy Head of Division: You represent the department management in day-to-day business and take responsibility for operational and strategic issues.

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management, mechanical engineering or comparable training. You ideally bring professional experience in the care, assessment and strategic development of suppliers. You provide a good technical understanding and can safely assess technical and economic relationships. You are ready to make occasional business trips to our suppliers and business partners. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. You convince by strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills and sovereign and targeted communication.
