Your role in ZEISS Digital Innovation As a Senior IT Security Architect, in close coordination with our development and operating teams, you design secure software architectures for our customers' cloud solutions. With us, you are part of a growing community of security specialists who promote the topic of cloud and application security in the ZEISS Group.

Your tasks include: Coaching our development teams in the systematic collection and assessment of protective measures Active participation in the further development of the security organization Analysis and evaluation of existing application infrastructures with regard to IT security Assessment and treatment of vulnerabilities and incidents in ongoing operation Support for the planning and implementation of technical safety audits

Your profile

You also have the following profile: Extensive experience in application & IT security Comprehensive understanding of concepts and techniques for securing application architectures (including authorization & authentication methods, encryption techniques, security monitoring) High readiness to actively shape and advance the topic of security at the interface between organisational development and implementation Deep experience in dealing with the security mechanisms of common cloud platforms (mainly Microsoft Azure) Understanding the ITIL operating processes Extensive knowledge of common security testing approaches (SAST, DAST, IAST, Penetration Testing) Very good overview of the requirements of common security and data protection standards such as ISO27001, IEC81001-5-1, IEC62443 and GDPR Very good language skills (in word and writing) as well as communication skills in C1 or C2 levels in German and English
