As a construction manager / project manager (m/w/d) in special depth construction, you can design various drilling projects in the Ruhr area at our client. In responsibility for your construction site, you coordinate the processes and employees. They negotiate with customers and suppliers and monitor the economic design.

Accompanying the projects from initial planning to final settlement Close cooperation with and professional management of professional employees Technical and economic processing of construction sites Consulting and support of customers Ensuring the timing and quality of the construction performance including the follow-up management

Complete technical training with corresponding further training (e.g. construction technicians, fountain technicians or factory technicians) or a technical study (e.g. civil engineering) Multiannual activity in the construction management and professional management at the construction site Experience in the realization of geotechnical construction projects and in the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) Positively strong communicator with hand on mentality and safe handling of digital systems Joy of exciting construction projects in the Ruhr region (less overnight stays in the year)
