actively shape the organization and development of data management in the DZ BANK Group. In close cooperation with the Executive Board, Group companies and departments, we are constantly developing our data governance standards, processes and tools as a data governance function (2nd Line of Defense). We advise on the implementation of our requirements, monitor their implementation and report to the top management. Thus, we ensure a continuous improvement of the quality of data as a basis for effective control processes. In the field of competence DQ-Issue Management / DQ-Reporting of the DG function, introduce your ideas, shape processes and become part of our team! As a manager (m/w/d) in the above-mentioned field of competence, you optimize our data governance requirements, methods and processes, always in line with current regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239, SREP, ECB Guide RDARR) – thereby contributing to fulfilling the expectations of the supervisory board of DZ BANK AG and the group. Together with the Data Governance team, you are responsible for the further development of a comprehensive data diversity reporting system including relevant DQ-KPIs for the senior management including matching tool landscape (Tableau and Data Lake) in Change & Run. You accompany the efficient implementation of the overarching DQ reporting to bodies, ensure regular exchange with suppliers and coordinate tuning processes. Furthermore, design and optimize the DQ-Issue Management process based on ServiceNow by advancing the design and implementation of further developments. With regard to DQ-Issue Management processes, You act as a competent contact person for the departments and advise them, inter alia, in the realization of DQ-IssueManagement and/or DQ reporting-related structures.

Successful study of economics (BWL) or business informatics or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in a similar function in the banking environment, an audit firm, advice, revision or in a 2nd-line function Practical experience in DQ management processes and DQ reporting processes – experience in common market DQ and BI tools or -Methods of advantage, e.g. Tableau Trusts with supervisory and/or internal audits with BCBS-239 reference as well as in project work and communication with the top management Very good knowledge of operational processes in at least one of the following disciplines: accounting, supervisory, risk controlling or transaction banking Very good German in word and writing
