As of 01.10.2026, we are looking for an indefinite activity as a public oversight/service worker:in (w/m/d) for the S-Bahn Munich at the Munich site. This is what you expect during your retraining:

Retraining takes place over about 2 months in full time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical classes The theoretical teaching takes place at the Munich site, your practice assignments usually take place at the later site of use During the entire retraining you will find permanent contacts:inside for your questions You complete retraining with a theoretical and practical examination The training classes consist of approx. 4 participants

After your retraining, you take the following activities:

You are responsible for the smooth handling of the train from the platforms of the trunk line and guide our passengers to accelerate the change of passengers You assign the departure orders to the train staff in accordance with applicable rules under the premise of safety, punctuality and service orientation In case of accidents, medical emergencies and other dangerous events, you give the written instructions to the competent authorities to initiate emergency measures You inform and guide our passengers in the context of construction site projects and in the event of malfunctions You will also check and provide status reports on technical facilities at the stations and in the vehicles The concerns of our customers: you warmly welcome them and guide them further

Your profile:

You have profound experience in customer contact and are interested in operational, technical tasks ready for shift service (breakfast, late, weekend, holiday work) Medical and psychological aptitude for the service (the suitability is tested in the course of the recruitment) Embossed service, team and customer orientation with a very good communication capability You work independently and always keep an overview in stressful situations We require very good German knowledge in word and writing

Applicants of already trained local supervisors are of course also welcome. After successful completion of the functional training, an exercise of the profession is usually also possible in parttime.
