Now we want to expand our healthcare portfolio in a targeted way - from clinics to practices and MVZs to MedTech and healthcare companies. For this we are looking for a personality with a deep understanding of the medical and health industry, which is building and shaping this area as a personal advisor (m/w/d) at HAPEKO. Depending on your location, you are closely linked to our existing team in Nuremberg or Regensburg, but work with maximum freedom and entrepreneurial design space.

Experience in personnel consulting, medical recruiting or in-depth knowledge in healthcare (e.g. clinic, practice, MVZ, laboratory, MedTech, healthcare) An existing network in the medical environment is advantageous, but no need Embossed communication and consulting skills, empathy and professional appearance Entrepreneurial thinking, maximum initiative and joy in building a new business area Enthusiasm for the health sector and joy in successfully bringing people and organisations together
