Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the operative team Responsibility for the provision and implementation of the required services for the contracted objects Central contact for the owner, tenant and after-contractor in all questions and technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Training as a plant mechanic Heating climate ventilation sanitary Qualification as a technician, master, bachelor or engineer, ideally in the field of facility management, technical building equipment (TGA), supply technology, heating, air conditioning, ventilation technology Multiannual professional and management experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable position in technical building management is desirable Embossed customer orientation, commitment, team capability and reliability safe handling of MS Office is of course; required knowledge in SAP, Planon and PIT FM are advantageous Driving license class B, Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level)
