Deputy manager (m/f/d)

As a representative of our Executive Chef, you take over the overall responsibility for the kitchen area – from planning and organization to implementing a smooth run in the daily business. You lead, motivate and develop the team together with our Executive Chef and keep an eye on constructive, value-adding collaboration. You keep an overview of the entire mise en place and the operating process, even with high guest revenue – solution-oriented, quiet and efficient. You are responsible for compliance with all hygiene and safety requirements. You will take care of the incorporation of new employees: inside, promote strengths and ensure a successful start to our team.

You have a completed vocational training as a cook / cooker – and ideally bring several years of professional experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy. An instructor certificate is of advantage, as well as experience in the guidance and development of junior staff. You live a high level of service, enjoy dealing with fresh food and bring enthusiasm for your craft. You are a dedicated, reliable and positive personality that convinces with clear attitude and professional appearance. You think creative, trade-structured and remain sovereign and solution-oriented under load. You stand well-kept, friendly and confident, are team-oriented and understand to inspire others for common goals. You have good knowledge of German and English – and communicate safely, clear and value-adding with guests and your team. You bring enforcing power, keep up with attitude and conviction – and you are aware of your role model in daily coexistence.
