As a student helper in the Contact Center team, you are our face and voice to customers as well as colleagues and process all incoming requests by phone and email. You will first check in our knowledge database whether you can answer the request directly or forward the request for further processing to a division of the TÜV Rheinland Group. A clean data management in our systems is of course not a problem for you and because of your IT affinity. Work processes are adhered to by you and you actively contribute to improving them. The versatility of requests makes the work at the Contact Center exciting and varied.
