My tasks:

Self-employed programming, setup and operation of CNC milling machines machining of workpieces according to technical drawings and plans Testing and ensuring the required quality and dimensional accuracy Maintenance and maintenance work on the machines Active cooperation in process optimization and problem solving in the manufacturing process Team-wide coordination with colleagues and supervisors

My profile:

Completed training as a CNC milling machine, machining mechanic or a comparable metalworking profession 2 years of professional experience in CNC, ideally with controls like Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc Funded technical understanding and safe handling of CNC programs Experience in handling various materials (metals/plastics) German knowledge at least on B2 level (forced required) Basic knowledge of English for the use of literature and instructions desirable Safe reading of technical drawings and plans Ready to work in the 3-shift system PC identifiers, in particular in CAD/CAM software Analytical thinking, pronounced team capacity, flexibility and resilience Readiness and interest in continuing training
