Team Leader - Accounting / Annual Financial Statements / DATEV (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership for your 15-person team and actively promote the further development of your employees. You are responsible for the timely creation of annual accounts and tax returns for a diverse client base and use DATEV for this purpose. As a central contact person, you will advise your client:inside proactive in tax and business issues. You control the smooth communication with financial offices as well as authorities and ensure the high quality of work results in your team.

You bring well-founded professional experience in the production of annual accounts and tax returns for different company sizes. As an empathic leader, you have the pleasure of leading and developing a team professionally. In dealing with DATEV you are versed and safe. An independent, structured and reliable way of working distinguishes you. You place value on a collegial union and promote a positive team dynamic. Their knowledge of German is at a safe level (at least C1).
